A Better Way To Pray – Chapter 20: Hindrances Removed

Hindrances Removed

If we feel our prayers haven’t been answered because we haven’t seen the manifestation we desired when we prayed, we should think again. God answers every prayer but there are demonic forces that fight to hinder manifestation. We must remove all hindrances.

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
  • God speaks to people on our behalf. He won’t send you money directly from heaven, that would be counterfeiting money

Break The Opposition

  • Satan is aware that God provides through people, so he launches attack on people God sends to us.
  • It is our responsibility to thank God for His provisions and rebuke all oppositions mounted by the devil

 Shorten The Time

Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases.
  • We have authority over demons, let’s use it
  • When prayer seems delayed, it’s not Got not answering. It’s either
    • Our faith is wavering or
    • The devil is hindering

It’s Up To You

22 Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him. 23 So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything. 24 And he looked up and said, “I see men like trees, walking.” 25 Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly. 26 Then He sent him away to his house, saying, [a]“Neither go into the town, nor tell anyone in the town.”
  • Jesus took him out of town probably because there was so much unbelief in Bethsaida

Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
